Cell membrane: The cell is bounded by a lipoprotein membrane which is selective permeable and in specialized cells like nerve cells is responsible for the conduction of impulses.The plasma membrane together with the surrounding cell cement forms the cell membrane.
Endoplasmic reticulum: Semiviscous fluid of cytoplasm is transversed by membrane bound vesicular system called endoplasmic reticulum.It is a network of tubes extending from nuclear membrane to cell surface.
Chromosomes: The chromatin network consist of long,coiled,threadlike structures,which become more clear into definite numbers of chromosomes during cell division.
Golgi apparatus: is involved in the secretion and transport of materials out of the cell and located near the nucleus.
Mitochondria: They are small,spherical or rod shaped organelles present in the cytoplasm.They are the site of cellular respiration.
Chloroplast: They are green,chlorophyll containing plastids.They are specialized to harvest light energy.
Lysosomes: may originate directly from the endoplasmic reticulum,or from the golgi membranes and then associate with vesicles.
Ribosomes: small granules associated with endoplasmic reticulum or free floating in the cytoplasm.
Vacuole: surrounded by membrane.

Ribosomes are free or attached to Endoplasmatic Reticulum. The have role in protein synthesis. They have spherical shape.
Endoplasmatic Reticulum is a system that opens at one end of the cell membrane and at the other end to the nuclear membrane.
Mitochondria and Chloroplasts are usually placed around the cell nucleus.
Lysosomes are small corpuscles in which there are over 40 digestive enzymes. They are in great numbers in animal cells and less in plant cells. They have a role in cellular digestion.
