Dynamic stretching is an exercises during the training process and body warming process in which the coach would want you to move specific parts of your body, for example your legs, gently and in a motion that would warm it up, but establishing parameters of usage.

What this means is that the coach or trainer will want you to stretch, move, bend, massage, and employ the muscles in a specific organ in your body without over working it too much. It will eventually warm up the muscle and get it ready for a more streneous and limitless workout to build strength.
