All occupations deal with issues, and the field of nursing is no different. In light of this, let me name a few of these challenges.
First, with the rising costs of medicine, there are cuts straight across the board. For this reason, some nurses are required to do more without greater pay. This can cause nurses to be embittered. More importantly, this also causes nurses to burnout, which will have a huge toll on patient care.
Second, there is also so many different routes to become a nurse. This can cause confusion when it comes to pay. Moreover, not all paths are equal in training. There might have to be some standardization.
Third, there is always the issue of hostility towards nurses from doctors, patients, and the management of the hospital.
