There are a couple of ways that you can do this, depending on your assignment. Paraphrase means to "reword" something. Sometimes this can be understood to be a summary of the poem to show that you understand what is being said in the poem. If that is the case, the following link to the summary may benefit you for your purposes. A paraphrase is not a critique where one might look at the deeper meanings of style, symbolism, and voice; however, a paraphrase would show your understanding of the poem.

The poem "If" by Rudyard Kipling discusses the many different attributes of patience and self-control that a boy must master before being considered a man. Then, read the rest of the poem and make a list of those attributes.
