1.  First write down the formula for area of a circle:

A = pi * r ^2

Then substitute what you know:

A = (22/7) x 6 x 6 and multiply

Remember to always put area in square measure. So..

A =  113.14 square feet

2.  Write down the formula:

A = pi * r^2

3. Substitute what you know:

A = (22/7) x 11 x 11

(Remember that d/2 = r)

4.  Multiply and put the answer in square inches:

380.29 square inches

Since area of a circle = π (r)^2, and π is 22/7

1) area of circle= 22/7 * 6^2

                        = 113.14 square feet

2) area of circle= 22/7 * 11^2

                        = 380.26 square inch

The formula for circle area is:

A=pi*r^2

1. r= 6ft

A= 22/7*6^2=22/7*36=1358 inch^2

2. We know that d=2r, so r=d/2, r=22/2=11inch

A=pi*r^2=22/7*11^2= (22*121)/7=2662/7 inch^2

 pie=22/7      area of circle= pie*radius^2

1. r=6     22/7*(6)^2= 113.14 square feet

2. d=22     r=22/2

                  r=11         22/7*(11)^2= 380.29 square inch
