No, a girl can't get pregnant by kissing. The only way for a woman to get pregnant is to have sperm enter her vagina, go up through her cervix into her fallopian tubes, and fertilize an egg, if there happens to be one there.
Conception almost always occurs when a man ejaculates his sperm into a woman while they are having sexual intercourse. It is possible for a woman to get pregnant even if a man does not actually ejaculate inside her. This is because sperm may leak out of his penis even before he actually ejaculates.
Fortunately a girl cannot get pregnant from simply kissing someone. Otherwise the world would be more overpopulated than it already is! (and people would virtually stop kissing each other as well) While there are multiple ways to get pregnant nowadays, the most common way is through sexual intercourse.
Hope this helps!
A girl can't be pregnant if a boy kisses her. The only way for a girl to get pregnant is for her to have unprotected sex. A girl gets pregnant when sperm gets to the eggs inside her body, no way else. When a boy and a girl kiss, they only exchange saliva, germs, and bacteria so it won't make her pregnant. There is no risks when kissing.
