I assume you want these converted to the passive voice, so I copied your statements and then rewrote then in the passive voice.

1-Peter came here two months ago.

Peter was here two months ago.

2-Someone stole my purse.

My Purse was stolen by someone.

3-When did someone invent the radio?

When was the radio invented?

4-is professor Rivers teaching that course this semester?

Is the course being taught by Professor Rivers?

5-people grow corn in lowa.

Corn is grown by people in Iowa.

Sorry, amymc, but...

1-Peter came here two months ago.

Peter was here two months ago.

...this isn't a passive sentence. The passive of this sentence is not really possible, but it would be something like...

This place was visited by Peter.
