Is there a visual image that relates to Lady Macbeth and karma in Macbeth?

I have to do an english assignment where I have to find 10 quotations that relate to Lady Macbeth and the theme of "karma." Then I have to make a quote and do a visual that relates to Lady Macbeth and karma. Can some help me with the visual. I already found some quotes. Like "All the perfumes in arabia will not sweeten this little hand."

In Act 5 Scene 1 of Macbeth, the doctor and the gentlewoman see Lady Macbeth sleepwalking and confessing her role in the murders committed by her husband.  In this scene, Lady Macbeth says, "Out!  Out, damn spot!" as she goes through the motions of washing her hands.  From her plotting in Act 1, Lady Macbeth has metaphorically had blood on her hands from King Duncan's murder.  Now, karma is in play, and Lady Macbeth feels that she cannot get rid of the blood she imagines on her hands.  Her guilt has taken over her, and she must pay the price of the consequences of her wrongdoing.  So, a visual image of a blood-stained hand would symbolize this quotation and Lady Macbeth's feelings at this point in the play.

Please excuse me for my short answer, but I can give you a hint of a good quote for your "karma" assignment. the quote starts on the 27th line of Act 1 Scene 5. (Lady Macbeth is in monologue, talking to Macbeth indirectly.) Make sure you read that small quote.

Hope it helped,
