`tan x=3/2`

This means the ratio of opposite to the adjacent side of a right triangle is 3/2, hence we can find the hypotenuse. 

hypotenuse=`sqrt(3^2+2^2)=sqrt(13)`

Since the cosx is negative then `cosx=-2/sqrt(13)`

`secx=1/cosx=-sqrt(13)/2`
