Plays his cards for blackmail-

A tall joker and spector-

It appears you're simply asking us to do your homework for you, since you did the first few correctly and then stopped. Sit down with a list of characters from the novel and I think most of them will become clear fairly quickly, assuming you've read.

For example, who is the most egotistical and obnoxious person in the novel? C.J. Stryver has got to be the pushiest character on the list.  The only place which fits the oxymoron "triumphant perfection of inconvenience" is surely Tellson's Bank. Walk through the list and you'll get the rest, I know.
