This poem speaks to being a successful person. It's like running a marathon: You've been in the front pack from mile one, but fell back about mile 15. Now you're at mile 20 and dig really deep to find that last bit of strength to get you to the finish line and you come in forth; .001 sec behind the bronze medal winner. Have you lost? Not at all, you have done what you could do with what you had and gave it your all and more. Beyond that, you don't sulk about coming if forth and you don't bemoan a loss. You understand you did what you could do with the humality of a man who won, but does not brag about it.
Its about being able to balance your life equally between riches and poverty ... basically its about how to live right...
