In the story "To Kill A Mockingbird" What two things does Scout read after she shows she knows the alphabet? I believe the answer is in Chp. 2 Thanks!

An illustration of the letter 'A' in a speech bubbles

Scout proves to Miss Caroline that she can do more than read the simple words like "rat" cat" and "bat" when the incredulous teacher made her read "most of "My First Reader" and the stock-market quotations from "The Mobile Register." Then, "she discovered I was literate and look at me with more than faint distase."

This is indeed in Ch 2.
