Stock Exchange problems I have to make a conversation between a manager and an employee about a stock exchange problem so what should i say and how can i start the conversation thanks for the help in advance :)

What kind of company is this? If the employee is a stock broker, the possibilities are almost endless. One example might be that the employee has a big customer that is cashing out his investments because he does not think the stock market is safe anymore. They could discuss how to reassure him.

One possible topic might be whether a company's pension fund should be invested in the stock exchange (perhaps in mutual funds) or whether it should be invested in something literally more solid (such as gold). The likely resolution would probably be some combination of the two, but it would be interesting to create a discussion of the issue, especially in light of both the recent and the historical performance of the stock exchange.
