A young executive in a big corporation finds a way to take over the company. All he has to do is make sure that the current man in power is "accidentally killed." This young executive, Bobby, goes back to his apartment and talks it over with his girlfriend, Jane. Once he gets through his idea of murder, Jane pushes him into doing this, even though Bobby doesn't think it's the best idea right now.
Eventually, Jane's persistence gets Bobby to kill the owner of the company, and sure enough--he is named the new owner the next day. However, Bobby is constantly worried about the men he worked with when he was an executive. He becomes paranoid and hires hit men to kill each of those executives. Even though Bobby and Jane are living the "high life" and are mega-rich and powerful, Jane's guilt eats away at her, and she overdoses one night, leaving Bobby alone to fight off the rest of the company who knows what he did.
In the end, the family of the original owner of the company hunts Bobby down and kills him. The company finally goes back to normal.
