The equation (2/3)*(z-9)=2(z+11)-2z has to be solved.

(2/3)*(z-9)=2(z+11)-2z

=> (2/3)*(z-9)=2z+22-2z

=> (2/3)*(z-9)=22

=> z - 9 = 33

=> z = 42
