`-3b(5a-3b)+4(-3ab-5b^2)`

`= (-3b)5a-(-3b)3b+(4)(-3ab)-(4)5b^2`

`= -15ab+9b^2-12ab-20b^2`

`= -15ab-12ab+9b^2-20b^2`

`= ab(-15-12)+b^2(9-20)`

`= -27ab-11b^2`

`= -b(27a+11b)`
