I am wondering why you need something that cannot be traced by a search. Is your assignment to write a gothic story? If so, I suggest your write your own as opposed to searching for someone else's work.

Try it! It could be lots of fun. There is information here on enotes that defines this genre.

Gothic literature, a movement that focused on ruin, decay, death, terror, and chaos, and privileged irrationality and passion over rationality and reason

Also see the link below that defines the elements of a gothic novel. You could write something that reflects these elements. Set your story in a dark, scary castle; include an ancient prophecy of doom; make sure to include the supernatural; make it highly emotional.

There is so much gothic-type storytelling in modern cinema that you should be able to come up with something without too much trouble, and it will be more fun!

I too question why you don't want to be able to trace the author, that can get you into a lot of trouble if your assignment is to write something of your own, not to mention it's unfair to the writer to take something of theirs and claim it as yours after they put a lot of hard work into their story.

If your assignment is to write one of your own, get inspired!  Gothic literature is a lot of fun to write.  Broody moores, dark secrets, cloaks and daggers.  Gothic literature is about being over the top.  In more modern contexts, think about the old soap Dark Shadows (the supernatural can definitely be part of your story!), think Shutter Island, think Blink 182's "I Miss You", think Poppy Z. Brite's "Lost Souls"!
