The sled placed on ice has a mass of 76 kg and a volume of 1.25 m^3. The coefficient of kinetic friction between the ice and the sled has to be determined if 35 N is required to move the sled with no acceleration.

When the sled moves at a constant velocity the net force acting on the sled is zero. The force of friction is C*N where C is the coefficient of kinetic friction and N is the normal force. (It should be noted that the volume of the sled does not have any relevance here)

As the mass of the sled is 76 kg, the normal force is 76*9.8 = 744.8 N

This gives 744.8*C = 35

=> C = 0.046

The coefficient of kinetic friction is 0.046
