This is a great request. Although each type of sales will differ to some degree, there are a few common elements. In view of this, let me offer a few techniques to create a persuasive sales pitch.
First, you need to be knowledge about the product or service. In fact, you will need to know these things so well that you will be able to answer any possible question. If you can even anticipate questions, it would be great and impressive
Second, you need to know the needs and desires of the potential buyers. The more you know of this area, the better your sales pitch will be. A custom made sales presentation is the best.
Third, you will need to let the buyers know what the product or service will do for them. This is central. Show them how it will benefit them. Make this part as concrete as possible.
Finally, do all of these things with congeniality and warmth.
