Of these choices, the best answer is B.

The Proclamation of 1763 was one of the first things the British did that made the colonists feel oppressed.  The colonists did not like being told where they could and could not live.  They felt the British government should have no right to do this.  This, to them, smelled of tyranny.

The other answers are clearly wrong.  The Proclamation would have had very little impact on Indians.  The boycotts of British goods and the riots only happened later when the British started doing things like imposing taxes on the Americans.
