What you have here are an acid and a salt. To help understand, think about what would happen if you added salt (NaCl) to a solution of HCl. The HCl in solution forms a mixture of H^+ and Cl^- ions. When NaCl dissolves, it adds Na^+ ions as well as additional Cl^- ions but there is no actual reaction.
Likewise here, adding a solution of a salt and an acid will result in a solution containing all the ions present in the separate solutions but no actual reaction.
Solution: NO REACTION
