There can be many ways to approach the construction of this Powerpoint. The first step would be to review the assignment details from your instructor and ensure that everything that needs to be included is done so. This will mean that you should generate a checklist of essential items based on the original task description. Additionally, I would say that if you have a course text or some type of readings that highlight importance of writing, these points should be included as well. In doing this, another list of essential content topics will be included in the presentation. If this is not available, perhaps a simple web search on why writing is important or your own reflection can provide some starting points that you feel need to be brought out in the presentation. I do think that you should identify three to four major ideas and bring those out with a slide or two on each point. I would advise you to keep in mind that a Powerpoint presentation consists of being able to identify "key" points behind what it is you want to say and then bring able to bring those out in your presentation through your own analysis. I would go to lengths to ensure that you are not "writing" a paper in the form of Powerpoint.
