If we are imagining how to get rid of poverty, the best methods seem to be education and work programs. Even short term work can help build a person's resume/experience and confidence. Access to employment often means access to education, both academic and practical.

Wow, this question is really difficult to understand. How would I imagine poverty if it wasn't in the world? I think that's what you're getting at. To be honest with you, I'm not sure I could imagine it if it didn't exist. Maybe I'd think of it as a condition that is entirely the thought of others rather than the fault of the victims of poverty. I'd not be able to imagine that, as so many people seem to think, anyone would intentionally choose to live in poverty.

If I understand your question correctly, I would say that if I did not know what poverty looked like it would be very hard to imagine. It would be kind of like the "let them eat cake" argument. You can imagine that if there is no bread you can eat something else, but it's hard to imagine really going hungry.
