To find the mean (average) you must first add all the numbers together.  Your sum should be 724.  Then you divide by the number of scores (8).  The Mean is 90.5

The median is the middle number.  List the scores from smalles to greatest count from each end into the middle.  The two middle numbers are 91 and 93.  Add these numbers together and divide by 2.  The Median is 92.

To find the range simply subtract the lowest number from the highest number.  98-82.  The range is 16

 93,91,95,86,98,95,84,and 82

93 + 91 + 95 + 86 + 98 + 95 + 84 + 82 = 724 / 8 = 90.5

The median is the middle number, The first step is to put the numbers in order from least to greatest:

82   84   86   91   93   95   95   98

find the middle number

which would be

91 and 93 add those numbers up and divide by 2

91 + 93 = 184 / 2= 92

median= 92

the range is the biggest number minus the smallest number

98 - 82 = 16

median = 16

1) Mean is the average of all the results, so add the numbers up together and then divide by the total number of scores.

Mean= (93+91+95+86+98+95+84+82)/ 8 = 90.5

2)Median means the middle of the results, and the no. of results is a even number so you must add up the 4th and 5th number before dividing the sum by 2. But, you must arrange the results in ascending order before doing so.

Median= (91+93)/2 = 92

3) Finding the range is simple. Simply minus the highest score to the lowest score to get 98-82 = 16

Your range is the lowest number to the highest number, so 82 to 98.

Your median is the middle number, so 93.

Your mean is 90.5

 Hope this helps!
