The first one will be a simple y=mx graph. Primarily because it is a linear motion, a rectilinear one. So, when you and your partner tap the ball in mutually perpendicular directions, they will have velocities with v=dx/dt and v=-dy/dt (opposite directions). The graph is enclosed.
