This year marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of the enigmatic author Edgar Allan Poe and “Annabel Lee” is considered one of the author’s most celebrated poems, the last he wrote before his mysterious death.
Director Michael Rissi brings Annabel Lee to life in this suspense, gothic romance, tragedy and the supernatural in a fast-paced thriller set in contemporary time.

Interesting. Like so many of Poe's poems, there are such different interpretations for back stories, what it is that leads up to the writing of the poem. I'd think it would be worth watching just to see if they can do a good job....
