If you are using Pride and Prejudice as the basis for developing an ABC book, you could start by using characters in the story for many of the letters. E is for Elizabeth, the main character whose opinions drive much of the action in the story. F is for Fitzwilliam, who changes his character in order to become the husband of Elizabeth.
There are many other possible angles that could be explored for other letters of the alphabet. M is for marriage and money, which one of the Bennet girls needed to obtain in order to support the others. O is for opinions, which Elizabeth has and freely expresses about everyone around her.
Letters like X and Z will be a challenge, but you should have no difficulty finding examples for most of the alphabet.
