This is a great question. There are more and more organizations that are strongly committed to diversity. This is a great development, because in diversity there is strength. In light of this, let me offer a number of organizations that are growing in this area.
First, I would say there are a number of universities that are more open to diversity. They actually seek out diversity. What makes this point clear is that some of the top universities now have minority presidents. For example, the president of Dartmouth college is a Korean American man (Jim Kim), who has recently been in the headlines as he might be the new president of the World Bank.
Second, some top wall street firms also want more diversity. They even actively try to recruit top talent who are minorities. Some of this has paid off, because some of the top managerial positions are now held by minorities. American Express is an example. Ken Chenault (CEO) is an African American.
Finally, I would say the United States government is another example, as our president is a man of color.
