You really need to speak with an actual medical doctor about serious medical questions such as this.  Leucocyte is another term for white blood cells, which are part of the body's immune system for fighting disease.  A normal leucocyte count is about 7000/mm^3, so your son's count is high.  Again I reiterate that you really need to discuss important medical matters with an actual medical doctor.
