A mathematical plane is a geometric figure that has length and breadth only.
A point has no measure, a line has only length. The plane has no thickness.
These terms are considered "undefined", and are to be taken as understood. They are the building blocks of the rest of the geometric figures like rays, angles, polygons, etc...
