In the movie "Twelve Angry Men" who played the young murder defendent?
The actor who played the accused in the 1957 film 12 Angry Men was John Savoca, and he was originally uncredited.
In the film his character, either referred to as "boy" or "the accused," is put on trial for the murder of his father. He is a poor boy from the slums and at first 11 of the 12 jurors think he is guilty but this film shows the interworking of both the justice system and of human nature, which results in a unanimous vote for "not guilty."
This was the sole film Sovoca would appear in.
