Both of your selections for the Lords seem a little off to me. Remember that the lords would've have been much older and very regal. Maybe John Malkovich would make a better Lord. You might want to move Johnny Depp to Tybalt. If you've seen Sweeny Todd, you know he makes a great dark character. Also remember that the nurse was put in the play for comic relief. During Shakespeare's time, she would have been played by a man, which only added to the hilarity she brought to the play. On that note, Jack Black would make a great nurse. He can certainly alter his voice and make a joke with a straight face.

Johnny Depp is 40+ but looks too young for Lord Montague.  Remember that his wife tells Montague that he should use a crutch instead of a sword in Act I when the feud breaks anew.  What about Jack Black?  He can be made to look older easily since he has the mature figure already.

What about Kathy Griffin for the Nurse?  She is certainly irreverent enough.

I like how you've got Taylor Swift playing Juliet.  Are you being influenced be "Love Story," perhaps?

I think that you need someone more menacing and angry to play Tybalt.   Taylor Lautner doesn't come across like that to me.  Based on recent performances, Charlie Sheen might be good, though he is a bit old.  Maybe 50 Cent?  What about Michael Imperioli?  He was pretty good at being angry and dangerous in The Sopranos.

For the Nurse, you need someone older and fatter and bawdier.  Roseanne Barr would have been great, but she's not exactly modern anymore.  If you've ever heard of her, I think she'd be good because she's so crass.  I can totally see her saying the things the nurse says.
