`log_9(0.1) = (log_(10)(0.1))/(log_(10)(9))`

`=(log_(10)(10^(-1)))/(log_(10)(3^2))`

`=(-1)/(2log_(10)(3))`

`=(-1)/(0.9542)`

=-1.048
