(a) Common logarithms

`log_(2.6)(x) = (log_(10)(x))/(log_(10)(2.6))`

`=(log_(10)(x))/(log_(10)(26)-log_(10)(10))`

(b) natural logarithms

`log_(2.6)(x) = (log_e(x))/(log_e(2.6))`

`=(log_e(x))/(log_e(26)-log_e(10))`
