(a) Common logarithms

log_(1/5)x=(log_(10)(x))/(log_(10)(1/5))

=-(log_(10)(x))/(log_(10)(5))`

(b) Natural logarithms`

log_(1/5)x=(log_e(x))/(log_e(1/5))`

=-(log_e(x))/(log_e(5))`
