In To Kill a Mockingbird, I have to write a letter to Boo Radley in Jem's point of view.
I need to write a creative way on how I'm going to deliver the letter. Also, what should I write about to him, saying hi, inviting him to dinner, etc.

You may want to consider using the letters that the children wrote to Boo as a starter for your own letter. Jem's first attempt at sending Boo a letter was intercepted by Atticus (in Chapter 5) when he caught the children trying to deliver it on the end of a fishing pole. It was dirty and wrinkled by the time Atticus retrieved it, but he was able to make out that they were asking Boo to come out and meet them. Jem told Atticus that
"We thought he might enjoy us..."
Jem and Scout tried to leave another note for Boo (in Chapter 7). They intended to thank him for the most recent gifts left for them in the secret knothole of th Radley oak. It went,
"Dear sir... we appreciate everything which you have put into the tree for us. Yours very truly..."
They signed it "Jem Finch", and "Jean Louise Finch (Scout)."
