The derivative of y(s) = `1/(7s^2) - (8/s)` has to be found.

y(s) = `1/(7s^2) - (8/s)`

y'(s) = `-2*(1/7)/s^3 + 8/s^2 `

=> `-2/(7*s^3) + 8/s^2`
