Exposition is the part of the story where we find out who the characters are, what their situation is, and what the main conflict in the story is going to be about.  So the exposition in this story goes from the start of the story until she shakes him.  Now we know what the story will be about.

The complication builds up to the climax.  To me, the climax is when he is washing his fact and sees that he can run if he wants to.  The complication is the stuff between the exposition and that.  It shows the conflict going on within Roger and, to some extent, between him and Mrs. Jones.

The resolution is the rest of the story.
