The hydroxide ion concentration is given as 4 x 10^-6 M

[OH-] = 4 x 10^-6 M

The pOH is defined as 

pOH = -log [OH-] = -log [4 x 10^-6] 

= 5.398 ~ 5.4

pOH = negative log of OH- ions

pOH = - log [OH-] 

      = - log (4 x 10^-6 M)

       = 5.39794 = 5.4
