How would people's needs and wants change if they moved from Toronto to a warm sunny place such as Miami?

People who move from Toronto to Miami would certainly have different needs.  They would no longer need a home with a furnace.  They would no longer need winter coats.  They might come to need sunscreen more than they previously would have.

Their wants would not necessarily change, but they might.  For example, they might come to want skin diving equipment.  They might want equipment for deep-sea fishing.  They might want to buy tickets to watch the Miami Heat since they are so much better than the Toronto Raptors.  However, their wants would not necessarily change the way in which their needs would.
