How would Laura describe Rob, her relationship and the split-up  with Laura´s eyes?

Throughout the novel the split-up is described mainly through Rob´s eyes.

If Laura would write her own diary in wich she describes Rob, her relationship and the split-up, how it shoud be like?

I think Laura would suggest that she got tired of Rob’s attitude.  He is depressing, and seems directionless in life.  She left him because she was interested in trying something different.  Then he continued to harass her by calling her and yelling at her and asking her friend Liz about her.  She probably had no interest in getting back together with him them.

When her father died, Laura re-evaluated her life.  She realized that she really did love Rob, because she wanted him there for her.  She knows that he often misinterprets relationships and does not have good communication skills.  She decides she wants to be with him, but she wants to try to help him find his happiness.  She encourages him to change, and seems to think he will.
