This is a good question. Spirituality is interwoven in our society in many different ways.
The most obvious way spirituality is seen in society is through our traditional religions. Churches, synagogues, and other places of worship still exist across America. This shows one aspect of spirituality.
With the push for multiculturalism, many other forms of religion and spiritual practice have come to America. Many of these practices, we may never have heard of prior. Yoga is one example of a spiritual practice that has made its way into mainstream life. This fact, too, shows spirituality.
However, looking even deeper there are still more forms of spirituality to be found. For example, even secular people are sometimes very spiritual. If a person believes that the world will be a better place through technology, then this could be considered a spiritual belief as well.
In the end, spirituality is everywhere, if one has eyes to see it.
