To the best of my knowledge, the title is mentioned only twice in the text of the novel.  The first instance is at the end of the second to last section in Chapter 11, and the second is midway through Chapter 12.

There is a phrase very similar to the title, "Africa, the beloved country", which appears at least three times in the text, twice midway through Chapter 30, and once again midway through Chapter 36.
