In case of multiplication or division, the answer cannot have more significant digits than the number with least number of significant figures. 

Here, 80 has the minimum number of significant figures, i.e., 1

Hence the answer is given as 

1.0000001 x 0.000004 x 2002 x 100.0 x 750 x 80 = 48,048.0048

rounded to 1 significant figure, i.e. as 50,000.
