Keep it simple: For every amount of xyz product they purchase, give them the next purchase at a discounted rate. Remember, volume is the key here. This simple technique can drastically increase sales. Number two: enlist social networks in the sales plan. Example: every customer that likes your business page could easily be given a 10-15% discount on their first few purchases. Also, if they refer a friend who buys your product give a discount then as well.
