If your brand has existing customers you are ahead of the game. It is easier to sell to an existing customer rather than obtain a new one. Repeat business is the back bone of business. You could try a couple of inexpensive marketing ploys to increase sales. Number one: offer a volume discount to existing customers. Keep it simple: For every amount of xyz product they purchase, give them the next purchase at a discounted rate. Remember, volume is the key here. This simple technique can drastically increase sales. Number two: enlist social networks in the sales plan. Example: every customer that likes your business page could easily be given a 10-15% discount on their first few purchases. Also, if they refer a friend who buys your product give a discount then as well.
