How does culture and ethnicity impact yound children development?

I think that one aspect of this revolves around the particular culture we are talking about. If we are talking about a culture that is very well structured and authoritative then the development of the child will result in a well mannered child that will listen to authority figures. If we are talking about a culture that revolves around its children, giving in to their every whim, then I think that the way the child develops will be much different. They may not have as much respect for authority and expect more.

In addition, children also learn from modeling. They observe adults around them and model that behavior. Different cultures behave in different ways so this is another aspect of child development.
