The most commonly used method to round a decimal number to the nearest whole number is the following:

For a whole number X

Any number `>= X` and `< X.5` is rounded to X

A number `>= X.5` is rounded to X + 1

For example, taking a few numbers from the list that you have provided, the numbers given are rounded to:

3.2 : 3

0.6 : 1

6.7: 7

8.1: 8

71.3: 71

The rest of the numbers are rounded in a similar way.
