The equation y = 32x^2 + 60x + 10 has to be converted to the form y = a(x-h)^2 + k

y = 32x^2 + 60x + 10

=> y = 32(x^2 + (60/32)*x + 10/32)

=> y = 32(x^2 + 2*(30/32)*x + 900/1024 - 900/1024 + 10/32)

=> y = 32(x^2 + 2*(30/32)*x + 900/1024) - 18.125

=> y = 32*(x + 30/32)^2 - 18.125

The equation y = 32x^2 + 60x + 10 in vertex form is 32*(x + 30/32)^2 - 18.125
