How do I contact the owners of Terminator, Alien, and/or Predator to send them a novel/screenplay idea that I'm working on?

I need to know who exactly and how to contact them once I have a neatly written novel or screenplay.

Certainly, a web search might be your best options.  Finding out who the executive producers were for such films and then seeking ways to contact them would be a start.  I have to be honest enough to say that there are probably millions of individuals around the world who are engaging in the same quest, so some aspect of networking might be needed.  There are literary agents who can be hired to "pitch" your script and receive a commission for their work if it gets accepted.  This might be an avenue to be pursued because there will be someone advocating for you.  Additionally, these individuals might have contacts in the industry who can help you advance the state of the script in order for it to be accepted or even examined as a potential option.  Finally, going back to the web, there are many outlets that are offering their services to advance your script.  I have included one at the bottom, but must warn you that this is not an advocacy of such services.  Before pledging any time, commitment, or money to any service such as a website or an agent, there must be extensive background research, consumer reviews, and ensuring that there is a track record.  Do this before anything else, as well as finding a way to legally ensure that your ideas are registered as your own.
