You are correct: We need to produce college graduates who are competent in the basics of creating a green economy. We could achieve this goal by changing curricula in grade school, middle school, high school, and college. We should start exposing students to this concept at a very early age and not wait until they enter secondary school. The environmental sciences curricula, among others, could be changed to adopt teachings and research that are more in line with the notion of a green economy. Of course, other disciplines such as physics, chemistry, and math must also be changed to incorporate the new ideas associated with thinking green. Technical and career colleges would also have to adopt changes in content to facilitate training of the work force.
thank you for your response. furthermore, in essence, how is the basic concept for curriculum with the practical concept of green economy?
